Privacy
Short, because there is not much to say. FabSpeak keeps one thing about you, and only if you hand it over.
The Brief
- What is stored
- The email address you type, the moment you sent it, the page you sent it from, and the country your connection came from. Nothing else: no name, no IP address, no tracking pixel in the email.
- Where it lives
- In FabSpeak’s own account with Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site, in a private list that only the author can read.
- What it is used for
- Sending the weekly edition when it starts. Nothing before it, nothing else, and never a sale, a rental or a share with anyone.
- How to leave
- Reply to any edition with the word remove, or send the same word on LinkedIn. The address is deleted, not marked.
The site
- Analytics
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, fingerprints or personal data; it cannot tell one visitor from another.
- Cookies
- None. Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your own browser’s storage and never leaves it.
- Embedded video
- Episodes play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), which sets nothing until you press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own privacy terms apply.
- Fonts and files
- Everything on the page is served from fabspeak.com itself. No font, script or picture is fetched from a third party.
- The quiz
- Scored in your browser. Nothing is sent.
